CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS


GENERAL:

  1. To place an order electronically through the Website, you must accept the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you. You cannot complete your order without accepting these documents.


  1. Purchases made through the Website are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, as well as other applicable laws.


  1. Shipping costs for product delivery are paid by the buyer.


  1. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that the legal period of 15 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. Ready stock is not held for all products on sale. Although lists for all products are updated daily, some ordered products may be out of stock. In such cases, the Company informs the consumer.


  1. The purchased product must be delivered complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.


  1. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.


IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.


PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

  1. If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.


IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

  1. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer is informed of the situation. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.


BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

  1. The buyer must inspect the product/service subject to the contract before receiving it; damaged or defective products/services such as dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc., should not be received from the cargo company. The received product/service is considered to be undamaged and sound. If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product should not be used.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by refusing the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that the seller is notified through the contact information below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated by them.

  1. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.


  1. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them.


  1. The buyer must return the product, its box, packaging, and standard accessories if any, to the seller within 10 days from the date they notified of their exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution.


PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

  1. Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.

  2. Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

  3. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass quickly.

  4. Contracts for the delivery of goods from which protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

  5. Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.

  6. Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables presented in a material environment, data recording and data storage devices, if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.

  7. Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement.

  8. Contracts related to accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a specific date or period.

  9. Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

  10. Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal period expires.
